Body Systems' Company is proud to not only manufacture our own products but all of our products are
hand produced in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Due to our unique "freshness
policy", lead times will vary throughout the year but will average 10 business days. Please
allow time for production and additional time for delivery.
Body Systems does not maintain a warehouse for storing products. We value freshness and we make your product after you place your order. We do not store ingredients but rather we import ingredients from around the world every week to maintain quality control and freshness.
For online, phone and faxed orders, we accept:

- PayPal (including, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover)
We will no longer be accepting COD, or Cash for any orders. Remember that all orders will be held until proper payment is received. Any business or personal check will
have a 10 day process time, and any check returned will incur a $30.00 processing fee.
Orders are shipped either by USPS Priority Mail or by UPS Ground. Customers wanting expedited
shipping will be responsible for actual costs above the standard ship charge.
All orders will receive emailed tracking and delivery information at the time of shipment
Sales tax of 6% will be added to any retail order shipped to South Dakota.
Sometimes gift giving can be overwhelming. That is why Gift Certificates are a great choice and the
receipient will experience ease in redeeming their certificate. To purchase, visit our online store and choose from a variety of dollar amounts. Please remember that Gift
Certificates are the same as cash, and therefore can not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Due to the nature of our products being sold fresh, we can not accept returns unless the product was damaged in shipping. If any product arrives damaged or unusable, we will issue a refund or replacement as per the customer's request. Please do not return any merchandise until after contacting our customer service team at (605) 484-6742 and explain the nature of the return.
Due to our returns policy, if you are unsure about a fragrance or product please choose a sample size to try first. Most all of our products come in sample sizes.
Wholesale cancellation of any order that has not yet been shipped will be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on

time of shipping. Wholesale orders with backorders totaling less than $15.00 will not be shipped but
instead must be reordered.
