So why...why do I create healthy skincare products?
Originally it was because of all of my allergies, I wanted to have great skin care products that didn't stir up my allergies. I have food allergies and I have all airborne allergies. I started creating products in my kitchen in 2000. I am allergic to gluten, soy and peanuts. So I have always made sure that I'm offering products that do NOT contain these allergens. I also source the best ingredients to make sure our products contain fresh, HEALTHY ingredients. I also use no phlalates, parabens or other known toxins.
I have believed for years that all of these toxins in our food and skincare products that are mass produced are creating a toxic environment. These big corporations that use these toxins always claim that a little won't hurt you. They do hurt you. In small amounts or large amounts because no one uses just a dab of something once-in-awhile. You are using multiple dabs each morning, then eating more toxins all day, then smelling toxic fragrances all day, then dab on more toxins before bed and then sleeping in sheets that have more toxic fragrances in them.
All of this adds up. So take small steps in eliminating these toxins. Stop using products with phlalates and soy and parabens. Stop fragrances that contain phlalates that are now known to disrupt hormones.
So today... take a look at the ingredients of your skincare, shampoo, food, creamer, cereal and anything else you are exposed to. Start by switching your skincare. Note that I only create products that I use and that I allow my family to use. Gluten free, soy free, peanut free, paraben free, phlalate free, sulfate free, cruelty free to name a few. Many of our products are scent free. Any fragrances we use are phlalate free and safe. Many of our products use essential oils for scent but mainly for the topical benefits.
Start today. Read your labels. Make the switch. We have skin products for full body and facial needs for the whole family. Take a look! www.body-systems.net
